Rock Peak Services is an owner-led cleaning company serving homes, rental properties, private homes, and local businesses across North Idaho and select Spokane-area properties by quote.
Scott leads Rock Peak Services with more than 15 years of experience in cleaning and property care. The work covers residential cleaning, private-home cleaning, rental turnovers, move-in and move-out cleaning, and commercial cleaning.
The goal is simple: show up clearly, understand the property, and leave the space clean, ready, and documented when the job is complete.
Property owners need a cleaning company that can handle the details without making the process complicated. Rock Peak Services was built for customers who want clear communication, realistic scope, and consistent follow-up.
That matters for everyday homes, guest-ready rentals, higher-touch private properties, and commercial spaces where timing and access details need to be handled correctly.
Rock Peak Services keeps the process clear before, during, and after the work.
Rock Peak Services reviews the property type, timing, access notes, and cleaning needs before anything is scheduled.
The work is built around careful cleaning, clear expectations, and a finished result that matches the scope.
Photo updates are sent after every service so owners and managers can see the work that was completed.
Rock Peak Services is a good fit when the property needs careful cleaning, clear communication, and a clean handoff after the work is done.
Tell Rock Peak Services what needs handled, where the property is, and the best way to reach you.
